What We Did

Link at Plano Apartment Homes is a modern and lively community located in the heart of downtown Plano, Texas. With studio bedrooms, as well as one- and two-bedroom units, the complex reimagines city life and offers residents amenities including a dog park, fitness center, and resort-style pool. 

We partnered with Western Wealth Capital (WWC) to update the signage for the property and developed a sign package that united the branding for its two buildings, which are separated by a road. 

The project also called for an understanding of a zoning ordinance that requires properties located in the historic district of downtown Plano to use signage created with “non-plastic” materials. Incorporating neon and avoiding any acrylic components, the sign we designed is made entirely of aluminum, metal, and glass. 

As reflected in this project, our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life while ensuring cohesive branding and adhering to local requirements.
