What We Did


We’re partnering with Saigebrook Development | O-SDA Industries, aimed at serving the Texas affordable housing industry, to program signs and develop branding for several of their properties.

For Sunset at Fash, we worked with their team to design signs that would reflect and enhance their brand. We programmed the property for signs, developed the sign layout designs based on the brand guidelines and construction plans provided by the client, and handled the permitting process with the city. We designed and produced their interior ADA signs and fabricated and installed the exterior monument sign. Working with the Saigebrook team was wonderful, and we look forward to continuing to design and install the most optimal signs to help them promote their mission.
