What We Did

The Montgomery is a High Street Residential multifamily community in Allen, Texas where comfort and luxury meet. The property has direct access to the beautiful Watters Creek hiking and biking trail. Residents at The Montgomery enjoy amenities including a dog park, co-working lounge, a micro-market for grocery essentials, and a resort-style pool!

The scope of this project included a 20’ long illuminated building sign with backlit letters, building identification, parking, pool signs, and all interior signage. Paint colors and sign styles were customized for staying in line with the brand’s marketing guidelines.

The permitting process on a project like this is not one to overlook. Our turnkey process included ordinance research, compliance, and coordinating with City officials and Allen Fire Marshal to ensure all safety and accessibility rules were followed.
