The Lincoln Property Company wanted a reliable partner they trusted to handle their sign rebranding project for the Lyndon Apartments from start to finish. The permitting process always presents a unique set of challenges, given the different requirements in each city. We conduct extensive research to save our clients the time and headache.

Their new property’s current sign was sitting in a water easement, and due to a change in city ordinances, they would not be allowed to put up a new sign. Undeterred, we pivoted and refurbished their existing sign instead, adding a new stone finish to make a beautiful, illuminated sign. The Lincoln Property Company team loved the results, and we came in under budget. It’s such a pleasure to work with adaptable, congenial clients, and we were happy to help their team navigate the frustrating permit process!
