Here’s another CAF Management and Red Elephant – Formerly FSGS collaboration that we’re proud to showcase! We started the planning for this project after due diligence and coordinated the covering up of their existing property signs upon take over. During take over day, we updated all of the signs with the previous management company’s brand and started working on the process to permit, fabricate and install new exterior signs. As soon as CAF Management signed the ink on the property purchase, Red Elephant – Formerly FSGS already had a plan in place for their sign package.

While the project largely focused on the three magnificent exterior signs, we also provided due diligence and developed a new logo, fabricated, and installed property signs to match the property’s aesthetic and are currently refacing the monument sign. For the exterior signs, we designed, permitted and fabricated new signs with their updated logo.

Since their apartment property is seven stories high, it required special cranes and equipment to install the exterior signs. Team Red Elephant – Formerly FSGS is also especially proud of the interior gold sign welcoming tenants and guests as they walk into the building. The letters are made up of PVC and metallic paint (but you’d never know it). This welcome sign is quite striking against the wall design!
