After the completion of their first signage project with us, Sunset at Fash, Saigebrook Development | O-SDA Industries, an organization serving the Texas affordable housing industry, enlisted our help again to develop signs for their new location in Fort Worth.
Everly Plaza is a mixed-income senior community in Fort Worth’s Fairmount neighborhood. The project features one four-story building and 88 units of urban affordable housing. For this project, we started by developing a signs programming package for the entire property. When designing and planning the signs materials, quantities and messaging, our top priorities were ensuring that all of the signs aligned with their brand, were ADA compliant and stayed within budget. Once designs were approved, we fabricated each sign and took care of the permitting process, coordinating with city officials and general contractors.
In total, we produced and installed two building signs and one blade sign. Given its high visibility, the blade sign has been designed to garner more attention from passersby in high-traffic areas such as this one. We are so pleased with the final results of this project, and we’re excited to continue working with such a fantastic team on future projects for Saigebrook Development!
