What We Did

Champions of North Dallas is an exclusive apartment community located in a convenient and affluent area of Dallas. The property was built in three phases and has three different addresses presenting a challenge for potential tenants, visitors, delivery drivers, and emergency services. Unclear building identification made it difficult to locate the leasing office, and many ended up at the clubhouse or fitness center instead.

Team Red Elephant- Formerly FSGS worked with the client, Cushman and Wakefield to complete this project, which included a property survey, design development, permitting, manufacturing, and installing the property signs. We updated all exterior signage, built an illuminated monument sign to identify the property from the road, and added an easily identifiable leasing center sign welcoming visitors to the leasing office. We rebranded unit, carport, and building signs to match elements on the new monument sign, updated pool signs to be state compliant, and added signage to properly identify amenities, including the clubhouse and fitness center.
