In 1934, the first neon Pegasus icon was placed on top of the headquarters of the Magnolia Oil Co., what was then the tallest building in Dallas. We recently completed the renovations of two Pegasus signs for the Pegasus Park office complex in Dallas. We’re grateful for the opportunity to spearhead the Royse City Emergency Hospital project. We aimed to bolster brand visibility and ease of access to critical healthcare services. The meticulous coordination with the General Contractor ensured the seamless installation of signage aligned with construction timelines, facilitated by proactive communication with the construction team and city officials for requisite permits. A notable feature of this project was the 40-foot pole sign with an 8’x30′ face, alongside over 500+ linear feet of LED perimeter lighting to ensure high visibility, especially at night. This 37-year-old high-rise, positioned at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway, now houses a state-of-the-art office designed to exceed New York Life’s goals and foster collaboration for years to come. Our team successfully completed a comprehensive rebranding and environmental graphics package for Highland Park High School. The scope of work included the removal of preexisting graphics and finishes, wall resurfacing and preparation, followed by the installation of over 12,000 square feet of custom graphic vinyl. The project revitalized hallways, stairwells, and gathering spaces with vibrant colors, bold typography, and iconic school branding. The Montgomery is a High Street Residential multifamily community in Allen, Texas where comfort and luxury meet. The property has direct access to the beautiful Watters Creek hiking and biking trail. Residents at The Montgomery enjoy amenities including a dog park, co-working lounge, a micro-market for grocery essentials, and a resort-style pool! The scope of this project included a 20’ long illuminated building sign with backlit letters, building identification, parking, pool signs, and all interior signage. We designed, manufactured and installed many signs including wayfinding signs, interior signs and exterior signs. In addition, we programmed the site from scratch, working with 100+ types of signs, including the illuminated exterior signs; team Red Elephant – Formerly FSGS ensured the proper permitting was secured to stay on schedule.
